Castaldi Mourre & Partners received in 2005 and 2007 the Décideurs Juridiques et financiers international arbitration «Best rising team» award.
Composed of four lawyers entirely dedicated to arbitration, our team assists French and International groups in arbitration procedures in Paris and abroad, both institutional or ad hoc.
The firm regularly represents clients in the context of ICC, London Court of International Arbitration, American Bar Association (ICDR), WIPO, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and other international arbitrations.
The firm has considerable experience in arbitrations relating to corporate (warranty claims, post-closing disputes, price adjustments), construction (FIDIC), telecommunications, energy, international investments (CIRDI, BIT) as well as air and space disputes.
Castaldi Mourre & Partners regularly represents clients in arbitration procedures in English, French, Spanish and Italian and each member of the arbitration team fluently speaks at least two or three of these languages. Most of the files dealt with by the firm are in English or Spanish.
