Avocat au Barreau de Paris, avvocato in Milano, member of the London Law society (Foreign Lawyer), Enrico Castaldi founded Castaldi Mourre & Partners in 1996. He has a well-established practice in France and Italy in the field of international investments, industrial and commercial partnership agreements, mergers, acquisitions and reorganization of companies. He is a member of several boards of directors and shareholders’ committees.
Enrico Castaldi has for many years teached at the Paris X-Nanterre University. He is a member of the Appeals Commission of the International Organisation Latin Union.
Enrico Castaldi has been decorated as Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
