French and Italian lawyer, Gaspare Dori specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law.
During the last fifteen years, he has been providing legal advice to a wide range of clients, mostly large firms. Between June 1999 and February 2008, Gaspare has been heading the French-Italian Group of Clifford Chance in Paris. He led a great number of acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and partnerships in Italy, France and other countries (among which Russia, India and other emerging countries).
As expert in international contracts, in the course of his professional career he provided advice in all fields of commercial law to multinational companies in Italy and / or France.
He is author of various articles on commercial and corporate law published in Italy and France, and co-author of a book on international contracts, to appear in France.
Gaspare Dori teaches commercial law at the University of Paris X-Nanterre, in the frame of the French-Italian Master.
