Italian and French lawyer, Emanuela Greco is dottore in giurisprudenza at the University La Sapienza, graduate of the SIOI (Società Italiana Organizzazione Internazionale) and of the Istituto Jemolo in Rome. She has cooperated with the Institute of comparative private law at La Sapienza and the Institute of Economics Penal law of the University Rome III.
Before joining Castaldi Mourre & Partners, she has worked with a law firm in New York and with Tosato law firm in Rome. Emanuela Greco has a well established practice in the fields of intellectual property, judicial litigation and arbitration, as well as in the drafting of international agreements.
