Avocat au Barreau de Paris and attorney at law at the New York Bar, Marina Matousekova is a graduate of the University of Paris XI in contract law, as well as of the LL.M of the University of Northwestern – Chicago. Marina Matousekova joined the firm after having praticed in the arbitration department of Shearman & Sterling.
Her primary focus is international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional. She also advises in international disputes and on Private International Law issues.
She is co-author of the Private International Law chronicle of the International Business Law Journal (IBLJ).
She speaks French, English, Italian, Czech and Russian.
