Quality control demands that we constantly maintain high standards in the selection of our lawyers, who have a significant international experience, speak several languages and are often members of several Bars. Our firm also provides a training centre with the purpose of maintaining a level of excellence enabling us to respond efficiently to the needs of an international clientele in a complex and changing legal environment.
Our
firm has adopted a quality-control system which has been certified ISO
9001 in 2000, after intense preparation and training. Our ISO certification
has been renewed in 2006.
Our certification obliges us :
a) to select for each file the most suitable lawyers, depending on their
individual skills and the specificity of the activity involved by the
case;
b) and to permanently assess the progress of the file in occasion of work
sessions between the team and lawyers entrusted of the quality control.
Such a system enables us to not only implement a total quality policy and to integrate our teams, but also to reduce our clients' legal costs by avoiding duplications of work or the application of unsuitable hourly rates.
