Lawyer, member of the Milan bar association, Edoardo Calcaterra studied at both Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. Edoardo holds a master of laws (LL.M.) in “International Business Practice” from Boston University School of Law and was awarded a Scholarship and the Class Marshall Award.
Before joining Castaldi Mourre & Partners, Edoardo worked for Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, De Berti Jacchia and Lega Colucci.
Edoardo practices in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, M&A, international investments and domestic and international commercial contracts. Edoardo is a specialist in business relationships with Arab Countries and in Franco - Italian relations.
Edoardo works in English, Italian and French, and is fluent in Arabic and Spanish.
