Avocat au Barreau de Paris, Marie Nioche is an Associate Professor in private law (“Maître de conférences”) at the University of Paris Ouest - Nanterre La Défense.
Marie holds a PhD (“Doctorat”) in Private International Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She graduated from the Paris “Institut d’Etudes Politiques” (“Sciences Po”) and holds a Master’s degree in Private International law (Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a Master’s degree in private law that she completed after participating in an exchange program with Columbia Law School (New York).
Marie Nioche is the author of various publications in private international law and comparative law. She teaches at Paris Ouest University in the Bilingual Master of European Laws (M2BDE), as well as in the Master of Arbitration and International Commercial law (MACI) of Versailles University.
She advises clients in the context of international litigation and international arbitration proceedings.
